The room was well appointed and seemed to be renovated. Also, there are many dining options in the hotel. However, the water pressure in the bathtub seemed low.

Brilliant stay at the Claridges. The Suite was wonderful, recommend 100 percent. Had lunch at Erawan, a Thai cuisine restaurant.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Jade and everything was perfect. We had a kid who is 8 and a mother who is 84 and the service staff was very accomodating to both age groups. Satyajit is always a rockstar and was amazing and so were his colleagues Nikhil and Manasvi. We loved the new additions to the Dim Sum Menu and had the best meal and everyone left very happy. The service staff had generously organised a cake for the wife too and that was the cherry on top. Keep it up team Claridges - you're raising the bar and doing a great job!
